Position

The State Legislature, through the use of state tax dollars, should support efforts to raise the high school graduation rates in Tennessee. Recognizing the need for a better prepared workforce that can support economic growth and job creation, the Chamber supports a cohesive effort that includes long-term investments in a future workforce by ensuring children are prepared to learn.
